Mac Man
LOVE IT! You know, maybe it's just me... but I think of the early "Tin Can Man" covers for Iron Man, 42 has to be my favorite of them all. It just has a great, dynamic composition that isn't too cheesey (a la 40) or too *busy* as some of the other ones can get.

mysterio
No worries. It was a book I was going to pull the trigger on when I could afford it as it would have looked good next to my #41 7.5 W. That day wasn't going to come any time soon, so I am glad it went to a good home!

Mark 1
That's interesting. There are other members on this forum who have copies. I believe and so does Filter81 and also Captain trips (schmell) with an incredible copy. But they just haven't posted in this thread.

etanick
here is my old copy now at Metro. http://www.metropoliscomics.com/load_bookDetails.php?id=373447&set=0 I must say, I don't miss it for one second..never care for this key and I love Iron Man. Unlike most, this cover does nothing for me and rank last in my list of marvel keys. Just my opinion so I know everyone else in this thread think the opposite. My first comic purchase off the rack ever was Iron Man 150. Edited August 27, 2011 by etanick

My first comic purchase off the rack ever was Iron Man 150. +1 I know that this is a key book, but the cover is pretty dull so I don't plan to acquire one. Will take the Iron Man 1 cover any day. But that 8.5 is a heckova book, Nick!
