I don't believe Danny had any books with a purple label.

 

Disclaimer-This was an attempt at a bit of humor. If I failed I'm sorry and will not resort to any more humor at Danny's expense. Did he ever use multiple bidders to raise the price on his books? Did he ever overgrade his books? Did he ever take his books out of the CGC holder and resell them? Danny simply sold books for what he thought they were and obviously had a difficult time determining restoration. Some 9.4 raw sellers have a grading problem, most can't detect restoraion.

Based on the information I gleaned from most posters on this site, I can only conclude that Danny was OK since he gave a return priviledge.

 

While I attempted to be a bit cynical, I guess the message continues to be "buyer beware" or "there are no free lunches".
