Well I have a hard time with this book but I thing it is a solid VG (4.0) your thoughts?

I'll take a whack at it:

 

But I'm not seeing a 4.0 unless the inside is extra nice.

 

I'd say a 3.5 is pushing it but fair, or a 3.0 if the back cover or inside drags it down at all.

BC is pretty clean.. you can see it in the link above...

 

Yeah, I'd say 3.5 too...outside shot at a 4.0... maybe.... for a quick reference point I saw this Venus #2 cgc 4.0 on clink

It appears to be pretty similar in condition, even with the rusty staples, slightly better.... the brc crease brings the book down that .5 grade imo...

3.0 Possible 3.5 In hand IMHO. If the BC is no worse or a bit better than the FC.
