How well does Metropolis grade?

I believe Ricky. I bought 10 modern Spider-Mans from them about a year or 2 ago, and they were supposed to all be in NM/NM+ condition. I'd say only 5 of the 10 were in NM, and the rest were in VF condition. I didn't pay much, so I didn't send them back. (and NO, I don't have scans of them).
