Why do they use this picture any time White Queen is mentioned?

She looks like a man and has...junk.

Frank Quietly is one of few artists I rank in the category of Rob Liefeld.

I believe that's the leather/vinyl bulging a bit as it turns at a severe angle around the groin...I presume it's leather/vinyl because it has some sort of sheen to it. If that WERE junk, you must be used to very undersized versions of it... :gossip:

I agree with Dice. It was a bad decision to draw the bulge that way.

The main problem with Quitely's art is that he often draws adults to look like young teenagers, or sometimes they do look older yet have generally childlike qualities about them. I think that's a distinctive look that's appealing, EXCEPT that he also sometimes draws them as he drew the White Queen above--as highly sexual figures. I suspect that's appealing to an undesirable part of some people's psyche. :eek:

speaking of "is that a real name", i went out a couple of times with an actress named Dawn Devine, gorgeous nice girl. she was a the third-string sub/alternate on a big broadway show, hoped she could crack into the business through broadway or the soap operas. always wondered what happened to her. yup, that was her real name too. of course, now i see there was a porn actress with the same name and i really hope she didn't wind up doing that (i tend to think not because the filomography starts in 1986 and there's no way she was doing that in 1986 as she would have been like 13 or something, but that could have been an error and all the other movies in the 90's she could have been the right age for --- but i can't find a picture). well, particularly, if she did wind up in porn why the heck couldn't i get anywhere with her!?!!? criminey, i wasn't even fat back then and i made a lot of money!

ok, i do that, that's what boards are for! anyway, what i want out of you smut-freaks is to post a non-pornographic picture of the porn actress dawn devine's face (not soaked in anything please and not with any phalic objects in the way) so that i can put this concern to rest.

 

i did my own "research" and confirmed that these two were not remotely the same person. phew. i might be spelling the name wrong anyway.
