I didnt notice any tics on the back. Scans are kinda funky, but I have had 9.8's with more damage than this book! My biggest concern in the top of the spine with that tiny piece hanging

Scans were a little small,no spine ticks on back cover 9.6(cant give 9.8s from a scan)

Automatic 1.5 Incomplete due to the fact that it's missing competently drawn pages.

 

I guess if you consider McFarlane's "art" acceptable, then 9.6

I'm going to say 9.4, the LLC looks very slightly soft, but the scan is a tad blurry also.

Looks like something on the R of the Spiderman title. I also see the ticks on the back cover. Looks like a tiny tear on the top corner of the spine. From the scan I would guess a 9.2, but this is a hard book to guess a grade from a scan.
