I WON MY OWN ASM 148!!! OK, how many of you actually own ASM #148 in NM 9.4?

Why can't I find an ASM 148 in NM 9.4? Where are they all hiding? I've only seen a couple for sale in the past couple of years!

I think the 9.4 looks nicer.

 

Taking a look at the census, I bet that 9.6 goes a little nuts. There are five times, almost six times as many # 147s graded 9.6. I wonder if the two slight spine stresses knocked that 9.4 down from a 9.8. Its a great looking copy.

In the world of baseball cards, perfectly legit specimens are often rejected for grading if they are inordinately miscut. Is the same true for comic books?
