Incredibly tough issue. This one is the highest graded there were only this one and a 4.0 on the census for a long time. A 7.5 restored has popped up, and I believe that was sold on the boards here a couple of years ago as a raw book.

 

Any many years of looking I have only seen five copies for sale, this copy, the one previously mentioned, and the others were complete rags.

 

It isn't a war cover, but might be one of the hardest Schomburg covers to obtain.
