Leon, try explaining life in Jefferson or Liberty County to someone

in Houston or NYC for that matter. They never get it.

I don't do Hardin County , we all know what happens near the thicket.

I grew up in Brooklyn. My tree house was a Frigidaire box next to an apartment building.

What stood out to me the most in the story is that the police showed up, then the fire department!

 

What is society coming too? Please God, get rid of this mentality that it takes a village to raise a child when all they need is their parents.

It must be nice though to have $10,000.00 to put into a tree house for construction and legal fees. Why is there always a neighbor that cant mind there own business.

And there were probably 20 drug dealers and 103 burglars operating in the same area when they made that SWAT team sweep.

Most tree houses I helped build were made from scrap lumber.

If I had an extra 10 grand, a tree house would not even be on my radar.

For $10,000 I could build a treehouse out of unloved 80's comics in slabs. What a great building material with some PVC for supports and 500 bottles of gorilla glue!
