My first TV commercial airs tonight!

Tonight on the Cartoon Network in the Tampa Area, will be the debut of my

first commercial. It is a 30 second spot advertising the Tampa Bay Comic Con

and it features actual comic books! I had to take a crash course in the new

Adobe CS5 products to get this up and running and hopefully in the future can

apply some new techniques to make it more polished. If you haven't seen it yet, it

is on Youtube:

In the quick flashing of comic book covers, I snuck in a few CGC forum favorites

such as the Rifleman wood cover, the Betty and Me #16 and Greggy's infamous

Strawberry Shortcake cover that got him a timeout. It was a lot of fun to do

and my animation is going to be on actual TV! It will also be airing during the local

news. Anyway, I am excited and thought I would share. Hopefully more than a

couple people will enjoy it much less see it. :wishluck:

P.S. That is me doing the voiceover. A B-movie actor was going to do it, but we

ran out of time and I just winged it.

Awesome! Great work. I wish I had Cartoon Network and could watch this air live.

I doubt a local Tampa commercial will show in Baltimore, but my suggestion is to pick up Cartoon Network and keep watching until you see it.

Flee, is that you playing guitar as well?

Very well done. Love the comic page with all the classic panels! Wish I'd thought of that.
