I came across an opportunity to buy a copy of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #1 CGC 6.0 First Print for $550. Just wanted to know does this sound like a good deal since Overstreet Price Guide doesn't put a value on it because the price range is so sporadic. I'm buy for long term value but I don't know if the demand will be there for this comic twenty years from now.

I'm not an expert on Turtles.

 

I can tell you that GPA shows the last copy selling for more than $700 this year. Prices have been between low $300 and this latest sale which I believe is the highest. Judging by the limited price info for this grade prices have generally gone up.
