A big scan would help.

 

In the absence of a back cover scan, I think this book is a solid 8.5 and possible 9.0

I give it an 8.5 and with it being raw...$25 is a little high.

Ah nice one, it's funny some of the eBay auctions don't show up on my searches. I do put it for worldwide but still sometimes they just don't show up. Added to my watch list now now anyway.

You can search any book and it will give you all the sale prices for every grade over the last 90 days, 12 months, 2 years, etc... Most books it will go back to like 2002 sales.

 

AWESOME site but it is $10 a month to join.
