I dont really disagree if issue 2 is a letdown. Issue 2 will either sink or sell the book.

Do you know if we can get CGC grade those? I mean they are larger than current comics, more like cowboy Viking ninja. I check the census and there is only one cowboy ninja Viking graded

 

I think its meant to be 'golden age' comic sized.

I actually enjoyed this book. I saw the reviews were mixed of really liking it and pretty much hating it.

 

I actually put my pre-order in pretty early, the premise was interesting to me... It wasn't really what I was expecting, but when I finished I wanted to see whats gonna happen next. So must have been good enough! Agreed on issue 2 though... I think it'll make or break the series. I'll be there for #2 for sure.

 

I've heard that this is actually going to turn into a full out series after the 4 issue mini. Anyone know how true that is?

Well, I read it last night and I enjoyed it. The art was funky in a good way. The story is a somewhat interesting premise. A lot of #1 was pretty necessary back story. But I look forward to #2 and to this potentially becoming a running series as has been hinted at.

I wouldn't worry about that with this title. It is not that good.

Anyone read #2 yet? Mine just shipped tonight, so I got a few more days of waiting, myself. No idea how its selling out here, its pretty hard to find these smaller titles without requesting it in the first place.

Ah, its been hard to track this for some reason. With some people saying they've got it, my shipping notice, etc... we'll see.

 

Either way, I hope its a good read, I was still interested at the end of #1.

Read the preview for 2. It looks interesting enough for me to stay with the series. The math portion of it I find interesting that and the battery concept of his powers.

Looks like this series might live up to the hype.
