All Star Comics #58: Good-. First new issue of this legendary title since the Golden Age, first Power Girl...AND interior artwork by Wally Wood (inking, and fixing, Ric Estrada's pencils).

 

This copy would grade slightly higher, but some *spoon* prude decided to ink over Power Girl's...er, cleavage (on the cover, and throughout the book) with red ballpoint. It's artfully done in its own way, and fairly unobtrusive, but it is there. Soooo...

Superman #423: VF/NM. This is Part 1 of Alan Moore's legendary, elegiac goodbye/tribute to the SA-BA Superman we all knew and loved (before DC turned Supes into...something else). I know that this is technically a "Copper Age" book...but it's a story that no SA-BA fan should miss, so I'm listing it here nevertheless...
