Help with Fantastic Four #48

[Neeidea]

I have been offered the comic below in part-exchange. I am pretty confident grading higher grade items but not as confident with comics under 7.5. Any help would be very much appreciated grading this one. Note that these are the only photos I have of it.

5.0-5.5....Lot's of spine and top edge wear. Crease in the "R" of FOUR, corner folds, reader edge creasing and what looks like a small stain below Things big toe.

looks like some of those spine crease not only break color but also break paper, look like tears to me. Also I believe I see several color breaking creases on the cover, near the R of FOUR, Above the exclamation point and near the bottom of the U in Galactus. I can only imagine there most be other fingers dents that don't break color.

Toward the top edge, is that marvel chipping?
