juggernaut
Has anyone ever seen a #1? Any idea what these would go for in V/G? Elflord is listed in the Overstreet Price Guide, it would be a great start to determine value.

bellrules
I'm guessing guide might not be a good gauge based on rarity

Bosco685
never seen a copy or a 'samurai' copy either. The only example of the original Samurai #1 I have seen is in the compilation #1, which shows the cover. Never saw an original before, which I would love to track down one day. The compilation also contains the original story from issue #1, which I assumed was just the material from the 1986 series.
dupont2005
Yeah I think Elflord B&W is a reprint of this series but these covers are so much cooler.
juggernaut
This is the only site I know with any information on the books. The site is old but has good information on the series. Elflord aardvark88

Paratrooper
Has anyone ever seen a #1? Any idea what these would go for in V/G? Elflord is listed in the Overstreet Price Guide, it would be a great start to determine value. They should have titled it "Gaylord"

Bosco685
I have never seen a copy of Samurai #1 or Elflord V2 #1. I hope to find one someday. Here is what it looks like as a reprint in Samurai Compilation Book One. And I liked the early artwork better than what came out later. Most probably because Blair was able to take his time with the Nightwynde material versus being under a publication deadline with the Aircel material.
