MARKET REPORT

The year is 2006, and the comic market is stronger than ever. Record prices continue to be realized, and more and more players are entering the game...

Despite the nosebleed prices... TRUE BELIEVERS continue to press on....

The stakes are high, and the variant extremists have discovered a new and exciting addiction...

During the "GREAT QP DEBACLE" of 2005, those responsible were buying up all the HG POS books at severely discounted prices....

While everyone else was busy searching for that "PERFECT BOOK".....a massive collection of 'PRODUCTION VARIANTS' was being accumulated....

At the peak of the madness, the QP perpetrators flooded the market with "perfect examples"....and it collapsed.

Shown to be even RARER than the once coveted QP 10.0.....were books that had EXTREME miswraps and miscuts....

By taking staple placement into consideration....these once POS books....were transformed into ONE-OF-A-KIND items....

With the speculators focus elsewhere, comic collectors were once again able to secure QP 10.0s for their private collections.....
