That would be a Silver Age 9.4 NM or a Golden Age 10.0...

There is no resto. Pages are OW. If I didn't know better I'd give it a 4.0. CGC gave it a 2.5 because of the piece missing. The lighter area on the back left corner is just some kind of fading, like it was in the sun or something. Without the missing piece (that wraps around from front to back) it would be a 7.0 easy.

 

So my next question is this. Would you rather have it as is (2.5) or restored (replacing the missing piece) App. 7.0?

I'd go for the App. 7.0 rather than the 2.5, which it looks like. I've seen a few 1.8 books that looked like that one, so it's probably a decent grade.
