A friend at work who knows I collect and enjoys seeing my acquisitions gave me a copy of this book. Anyone seen or read it? It is hilarious (and sometimes pretty dark).

 

A collection of many short stories about - well Superheroes. Imagine "Theme Music Man" - whose special power is to, well, make appropriate theme music emanate from him. Captain Housework who finds himnself put into a disturbing predicament with a more disturbing solution. Captain Swastika?? Many of the stories are "right on" as regards to the life of a superhero, especially the sometimes mundane or frustrating private life). I am still reading it and having a blast. Check it out.
