Sometimes when I see covers like this, I am ashamed to be a comic book collector.

 

Flash is dropping cash and jewelry all over the place as he speeds away. His traditional opponents look like a bunch of rejects from a clown factory. These "clown rejects" are actually chasing the Flash on foot. :roflmao:

 

The woman is demanding that a street cop "do something" (yea, like run down the Flash). The cop acts like "doing something" is not the problem (I guess he feels that he can take any or all of them), but "the" problem is deciding which criminal to arrest. (shrug)

 

WTH is that symbol between the legs of the guy in the brown suit? Some sort of shorthand for Einsteins theory of relativity?

 

Yep. Even though I bought it, I am ashamed I did. :screwy:

conditionfreak, that is the funniest post I have read on this board yet. It is quite a strange habit we have of buying comic books. Funny comments on that cover indeed.

 

On another note, I have to buy from this thread on my iPhone each night, and when I come back to see the full screen images of what I have purchased the next morning, I am continually blown away. These are some seriously amazing books Foolkiller! I'm ashamed to have missed the FF 129 last night when I had to work for a minute. Dammit!

Hey dem1138 and especially Foolkiller.

 

Please cancell my conditional "take it" on the Detective 458. I'll find something else to add to the pile. I don't want to hold it up, in case someone else wants it. I wanted to see the scan to determine if it is something CGC would "take off" for. I don't think they deduct for production flaws. Not sure though.

Folks,

 

On the west coast right now... won't be able to scan new pickups and other new stuff until next week (packages are being slowly shipped by my wife, I packed more again before I left).

 

Until then, the left overs are 20% off. Have at it. If someone wants all remainders, they can be had for 35% off if bought as a lot.
