This area is shaky grading ground for me. 5.0?

If I'm buying mid to lower grade books, this is exactly what I want. Clean with no creases.

I was thinking 4.5 myself. Too much chipping on the right edge to go higher. Just my opinion though. I would love to have that book in my collection.
