Really quick for this noob, what does "value stamp intact" mean? Thanks!

 

A number of 20 cent and 25 cent Marvel comics in the 1970's had a "Marvel Value Stamp" on one of the interior pages (usually page 19). They were designed to be cutout and placed in a value stamp booklet (some boardies have these). Anyway, if the value stamp is in fact cutout, it drastically diminishes the value of the comic even if it's in otherwise Near Mint condition.
