Tec 395 automatically in the final round, no need to vote.

 

It is not one of the better covers in the Tec run IMHO. Good, but not very good to great. I would put Tec #400, 402, 404, 405 and 411 ahead of it (and maybe a couple of others as well).............

There is a bug in the comics.org advanced search where it leaves off some but not all books from January of each year. I don't know why it does this. I have been catching them as it happens, but somehow I missed this one. Detective #395 will be included in the 3rd and final round for 1970. Thank you for catching this!
