WTB: raw high grade 90's dc's and marvels

i'm trying to put together some high-grade artist-runs of (mostly) mid-to-late 90's comics but i'm finding it to be extremely difficult to find these in high grades on ebay...it seems that 90% of the sellers i've dealt with on ebay have NO idea whatsoever about grading and constantly over-grade their books, and that the remaining 10% grade fairly accurately but cant manage to package them so they dont get damaged....

 

so here is my want list, i'm looking for all issues of each series except for where i specified a range, i'm only looking for nm+ comics (not a single spine crease, perfectly flat cover with no wear, sharp corners, etc etc) 9.8's by cgc overstreet standards i guess
