So will this be a significant reboot that will erase all previous "continuity" or is it merely renumbering for the sake of renumbering? And if 'Tec ends at 881 so the new 1 is really 882, will DC go back to the original numbering in 18 months for the big 900th issue?

 

If DC is going to pull this big of a renumbering stunt, they should at least give us a reboot as significant as what started with Showcase 4 to get rid of the layers of junk accumulated in the DC universe over the decades.

That's what I thought at first, but no there will be no ''ULTIMATE'' version of the DCU from this point.

They are just doing the renumbering game like MARVEL.

I gave #1 - #4 away and threw #5 and #6 in the bin without reading them. It really is that bad.
