X-Men #99

Hi, I've been working on my grading skills and sometimes the intermediate grades can be the toughest. I recently picked up this X-Men #99 with some cover wear. I have an idea of what I think it should be graded, but wanted to see feedback from others.

Hey trip74, I'd probably place it at 5.0 to 5.5.

IMHO, 8.5...goings-on with the left hand side/spine, wee bit of abrasion on the bottom FC, and a very slight soiling track on the right hand BC...
