Kirby/Wood - Challengers of the Unknown

Thomas/Colan/Palmer - Doctor Strange - Late 60's acid trip madness

And another nod to:

Englehart/Brunner - Dr. Strange - Early 70's bad acid trip weirdness, complete with wood paneling, burnt orange, and shag carpeting. Those books are seriously warped. They're awesome.

As far as length (100 issues), number of essential characters created, status, amount of times stories reprinted from, classic stories, etc....

Who can come close to Lee and Kirby's first 100 issues of the Fantastic Four?

Maybe a Lee/Ditko/Romita Sr. team up of Amazing Spider-man....

What else?
