insane. As much as I love these books, my favorite comics of all time, there is NO WAY any of them are worth that much. just no way. Not even a CGC10 HOM174 or 175 or 179, just no way.
I'm sure ONE day...maybe...like in the year 2110...

Buying this book, at that price, and waiting 20 years AFTER that date for it to mature in value, would be a perfect example of "forced savings on investments".
