Only three other people that I know of have completed a full set. Andy is the only person I've know to do it twice.

 

It took me over a decade just to complete the bronze age books. That's like getting to the first base camp on Everest.

Well, I really hope that new readers/fans do come on board. It's a genre that really doesn't get as much attention as it should. If I somehow get 1 person to just read a war book, with the potential to be a fan, I'd be very pleased.

I was flipping through the box of leftovers this morning. There's still some incredible books in there at good prices. I was shocked.

 

Don't get me wrong, this thread has been a humongous success, and a lot of great books have gone. But there's still much left there that should be considered "desirable".

 

I'll do one last recap, with thumbnail images. Or perhaps not. Will have to see how motivated I am.
