It's an CGC 8.0.

 

The crappy quality of the scan hides a little bit of the wear at the top (especially the right corner). I also need to brighten up my scans since mine looks dull compared to PUNYHUMAN.

 

Definitely one of my favorite Pre-Hero Covers (even though it's actually more of Middle-Hero Cover sinces it's between Ant-Man appearances).
