Heritage now has a scan, and this cover looks fantastic. I like it a lot better than the Rhino cover as well. The Rhino cover was five years ago, so I predict a $150K+ final price for #49.

Agreed. This is a nice cover, large art, with two villains and battle theme. Romita SR ASM covers before issue 101 in my honest opinion are the pinnacle of that Classic Marvel style from the 60s. I already have my example, so congrats in advance to whoever lands this!

I'm honestly not a Romta collector but if I was, this is the kind of piece I would want (or maybe a Gwen/MJ page would be a close second). This should get some serious interest.

But of the 24, how many are really good?

 

I like 39, 43, 46, 49, 50, 51, 52, 54, 59, and 60. And that's only 10.

 

Although, I'm willing to admit that opinions may vary.
