Need help pricing error comics.

I decided my next big purchase will be an error, and here's a couple comic of interest to me.

I found a 9.6 CGC example of the TMNT on Ebay (please don't snipe it, yet) and they're asking $375 for it. I checked Ebay, Heritage and Google and I can only find 1 example (another 9.6), and it sold for $275.

 

For the Venom one I could only find ONE example on Heritage and it was a (CGC 10!) and it sold for $3585. I found one on Ebay that's a 9.6 and it's currently bid up to $300.

 

So what's a fair price for the ones I found, and is there a better source for searching past auctions?

 

Edit: If any of you have an interesting error or recall for sale I might be interested.

That site is fantastic! I was disappointed that it's a pay site, but no doubt they earn their money. I'm finding that tracking history of comic sales is much harder than it is for coins.

I know there are some sellers on ebay that have error books for sale such as the one below. They are asking about 350+ per book at a 9.4 qualified grade. hope this helps some.
