Avengers #4 GRR

Help me pin this one down, I bought it from one of the LCS need to figure out the right grading

 

 

 

 

this is the one I think I need help a very small tear 1/4 inch on the top of the back cover.

 

 

Clean cover, off white pages, no interior tears

5.0 Would be my guess. But I can also see a few people calling it a 4.5!! But it is still a book I wouldn't mind owning. These GRR books are great.
