Can I draw a cover for myself and get it SS?

Say I want to recreate the cover to Secret Wars #8. Could I theoretically sketch, ink, colour, etc. the book and send it to CGC and get a SS label with my name on it?

 

Just wondering if this is possible.

Actually come to think of it, I may have answered my own question... I just remembered, I think there's a minimum amount of books you can do for a sketch opp.

You could drop it off at CGC at a convention?
