PGM Amazing Spider-man # 19

So I picked this up in a board member sale last year I think and I'm trying to decide what to do with it. It has a crease that runs right up the middle almost half the length of the book and the edges, well you can see the edges. It has ".75" written on the inside first page but the pages themselves are probably what most consider off-white.

 

Whadda ya think?

Interestingly enough the crease didn't show up in the scan so I took a picture of it to at least try and make it somewhat visible... it runs lightly from the middle of the D in Spider-man down to just above his ankle.

5.0/5.5, that looks more like a groove than a crease. nice spine though.

Yeah, I'm not up on the technical terms :: but crease didn't seem like a good word for it so I wanted to make sure I showed it in a picture if possible.

Ok, so who would get Stan to sign this and who would just slab it and who would leave it raw? I will be going to Dragon Con in about 3 weeks and was thinking about having Stan sign it and getting it slabbed.

5.5. Marvel doesn't put a lot of weight on the chipping when grading I'm assuming? Thats my observation with some older comics. Yes/no?
