PGM Amazing Spider-man #129 (Fingerprints?)

this is a pretty nice book. the only problem with it is a slight spine roll and it looks like theres finger prints on the torso of spider-man. can someone tell me what that is and how it got there cuz ive never seen fingerprints like this on a comic before.
