PGM Iron Man #9

I picked this up last week for 25 bucks at a local comic store. i love this cover. i saw it and couldnt pass it up. it looks like the staples are off center and theres a couple creases ULFC and some very small chipping on the right side of the front cover right next to iron man. let me know what you guys think. thanks for looking.
