Color rubbed off.

Okay, so I have this Ultimate Spider-Man #1 that has a bit of color rubbed off by the staple. I see all the time white cover books with ink rubbed onto them from books being stacked. It doesn't seem to effect the grade at all. I was wondering if it worked with color being rubbed off. How does this sort of thing effect the grade? This has been something that I have been wondering about for some time now.

I am going to say 9.6, if there are no spine ticks.

 

Forgot to add, if the books spine has no other paint missing then it will come back the above grade.

 

I have some witchblade books with paint missing, but it looked more like a production flaw all along the spine.

That is not production related, poor storage. They will dock it accordingly depending on severity.

Okay thanks, I bought it listed as a 9.6, but wasn't sure on the color issue if it would be worse or not.
