PGM: Low Grade X-Men 1

Got this one for pretty cheap too, and was wondering the grade. I accidentally deleted the back cover scan, but its pretty nice (white, no noticable wear).

 

There is a big tear where Marvel Girl's head is (stops at Beast's back) which hurts the book pretty bad. It also has some Marvel chipping.
