Frank Quitely is a pretty good artist in my opinion... definitely brings something new to the table.

Sure.. that's a limitation of his art style. Not many artists can get around that particular problem actually... not even the greats. Byrne, Ross, Miller, Frazetta, etc. all have stylistic similarities in their men and women.

 

(The looking the same part.. not the constipated look part which I think Quitely does very well... )

I'm not sure Anne Rice did any favors to the Vampire mythos....

Actually, early-Byrne art is quite distinctive in the facial design, and it was only later on that he "did a Quitely" and made them all clones.
