my LCS who tends to not give a mess about the latest and greatest eBay selling books, today had Mind MGMT #2 and MG #14 on "the wall"

 

Why the facepalm?

last week they had them in the back issue bins, not to be bothered having them on the "this is where the expensive books go" wall behind the sales counter

At least you have the chance for cover price. One store by me bumps up TWD to $4.25. And once it goes in the back issue bin it goes up another quarter.

And they also had Saga 8 in a bag and board when 7 wasn't so I opened it up and the 2nd half was ripped in the middle. Like through half the book.

LCS had Nowhere Men #3 at $5 a pop the day it came out.

 

I still bought it though, cheaper than driving somewhere else or Ebay.

Ebay is actually the cheapest place for me to get comics when I haven't pre-ordered.
