I thought that might be the reason but wasn't sure if I was missing something. That Viper isn't going to be in the Wloverine Movie.

I am pretty sure he's got the wrong issue, Madame Hydra/Viper first appears in a Cap 110

 

Larry's report was actually really informative this week with two exceptions:

 

Batman Beyond Unlimited #3. First Luke Fox in comics. New Batwing.

 

It's issue 2 not 3 that reprints the online material

and...

Battle Scars 1 is not the first appearance of Nick Fury jr.

 

 

Also wouldn't Civil War Choosing Sides be considered an Ant-Man Key?

Actually, now that the new Batwing armor has nothing to do with the Batman Beyond Armor ( see Batman #20 ) It think it's a moot point.

 

I originally speculated that the armor was a prototype of Batman Beyond armor in the new 52. that does not appear to be the case.

 

Batwing ain't going anywhere.

I just breezed through 3 pages of post looking for comics heating up and saw avatars with gaping open mouths and lots of back talk.

I was thinking about this while at the Ottawa Comicon. I'm sure this has been discussed before, and this might not be anythign novel, but if not, then cool if this is an original thought. :idea: Not sure if this is apparent to everyone (and I'm just being Captain Obvious on this), or something not a lot have thought about.

 

There will come a point in the future when the blank variants will start becoming even hotter, because they will continue to disappear over time, as more and more are used for sketches. Depending on the title, these could become VERY lucrative.

We hand sell it all the time with the tagline:

Thanks. I recommend it to anyone and everyone when I get the chance. It's probably my favorite book on the market now and would hate to see it end after 12 issues. With that said, a labor of love can only take you so far, and I would understand if they had to wrap up the book because of continued low sales.

There is a full page advertisement for GOTG on the last page of AC 6. No GOTG team is in the story itself.

So if you are one to consider previews/advertisements first appearances, than I guess this would qualify.

1st full appearance is GOTG #1.
