Catwoman #23 was low key and under the radar just like the Batgirl and Catwoman #13 die-cut covers were for the Death of the Family run. Batman #13 die-cut was everywhere, but the four stores I talked to locally here only ordered 2 - 10 extra copies for the shelves on those two. It looks like it was the same story for Catwoman #23 - I was able to snag 3 copies between 4 stores on the afternoon of release, but that was it.

 

Luckily, I was able to grab 15 before the run. Sold 10 of them quickly. Holding 5 back to see what kind of character she becomes.

I grabbed most of mine online. The ones I picked up at stores, I limited to one per. I knew there was going to be a run and there are enough stores here that one each = 5 - 6 at least.

Barnes and Noble is very laid back when it comes to stocking new comics. I live near 4 or 5 of their stores and they don't bother putting new books out on Wednesdays. They are likely just sitting in the back still in the box.

I didn't know Barnes and Noble even sold new comics. When I lived in northern Illinois the B&Ns there didn't anyway. I'll have to check the OKC stores to see if they do.

 

I had to go to 3 stores today to do it, but I did manage to obtain 4 of the new DC 3D cover books - Green Lantern, Justice League, Justice League Dark and Superman. How many are there all together?
