So back the question at hand, which two Spider-Man comic weekly's from the UK contain the cover and storylines for ASM 244?

Since Spider-Man Comics Weekly only ran to 1976, The Spectacular Spider-Man Weekly to 1980, Spider-Man and Hulk Weekly to 1981 and ASM #244 came out in 1983 are you sure any exist?

They should. They produced ASM 238 and 252, so I assume there will be some in between.
