I'd say 9.0 based on small scans - looks like it could be an easy 9.2, just can't see much going on on the spine.

I think local asgardian's could possibly be a 9.4 and at least a 9.2. Great looking book!

I've been complaining about this scanner since I bought it. It's a HP photosmart premium wireless. I'm not to computer savy. Does anyone have any recommendations beside throwing in the trash? Any way to make it scan better? If I try to scan a slab, it looks blurry. Any help would be appreciated. Serves me right for buying a $100 printer.

My guess is some setting in your software is not right. I would experiment with all of your various settings. I find the Magazine mode set to scan 300 dots/inch for printing at actual size works well for me with my Epson Perfection scanner. I import the originals to Adobe Lightroom and then export 400K JPEG files sized for web display.
