Not in great shape, but staples are firmly attached and in good shape. Colors are bright, PQ is very good, OWW. That red spot on Robin's leg is not CT but from the printing. I was told this was very common for this issue. Would love to hear any thoughts about grade, and whether it's worth submitting to CGC.

This is a tough one...I am throwing out a wag of 4.0

At first I was thinking 3.0 but I found quit a few examples of 4.0 with Marvel chipping that is worse than this one so I could see it being a 4.0.

And I wouldn't send it to CGC I don't see the point of slabbing low grade books. You can handle and enjoy them without fear of dropping the grade.
