I joined in 1998, and was really bummed that I couldn't get into my old account a few years back after I took a long hiatus from Ebay. There's some pride in those old user names!

I joined ebay in October of 2002. That was the first time that I ever used a computer. I got my first slab for Christmas in 2004. I purchased a few raw books that I wanted to get graded. I joined the collectors society early January of 2005 and noticed a chatboard button. Clicking on that button certainly changed my life.
