So from what I see in the new pricing, $5 per book for as many sigs and at one show?

$5 per extra signature at show. You get a triple signed book at wwc, it's $10 extra.

wonder how much will get charged for a sketch cover jam session cover if even possible

It is still $5 per person. I had 10 people set up for one at Mid Ohio and then found out about the charge. I didn't have it so couldn't get it.
