OK....here's the big one (for me anyway)..... :cry:

 

Amazing Fantasy #15 CGC 6.5 Signature Series MP Restored OW $6,500

Signed by Stan the Man himself last February.

Between purchasing the book raw, paying for Stan's sig and paying the grading fee I almost have that much in the book. I won't be heartbroken if it doesn't sell but it sure would make a hell of a dent on a house down payment.

 

Payment by money order or certified check only for this baby (unless you want to pay the Paypal fees).

 

Nice. Why only a 6.5? Looks like an 8.0+ (shrug)

I believe it's mostly due to the back cover. The front cover sure is purdy. :cloud9:
