Hey Kids! Comics!!! ASM, Misc and the Yellow Claw

57 posts in this topic

At the moment, I expect to list some late Bronze ASMs, a small handful of FFs, miscellany I have kicking around and a low grade Yellow Claw.

I can ship up to 3-4 books in the Priority Envelope for $5.00; boxed a little higher and at cost (starting at $5-$7) and will cheerfully consider other options if you want to keep the costs down. PM for international shipping quotes or questions.

As usual, drop the :takeit: if you'd like the book in the thread or via PM. In the event more than one person would like a book, the first :takeit: by timestamp gets it regardless whether via PM or in the thread. Payment is expected within 7 days of invoice; payment accepted via PayPal; checks or postal money orders are fine, too. And of course, if you're not happy, return the books for your money back.

Let’s start out with The Craw.

I mean, the Claw. The Yellow Claw, that is. But first, didja know that Leonard Strong, AKA The Craw among other things, appeared with his thumb out in the Twilight Zone classic, The Hitchhiker?

Anyways…

The Yellow Claw #1, 1.5, $55. I think some water damage at some point, but it smells a-okay. The triangular piece above "Oct" is detached; those are big creases on the back cover.

Someone needs to grab that Claw - fun read!

It is indeed! Chock full of Joe Maneely goodness in a bizarre Atomic Age pre-Marvel superhero netherworld.

If Senor Bull isn't enough of a reason, you don't want to be messing around with Landru, either. Of course, you could always talk him to death.

And thank you Loki for the Black Cat correction!
